Steph and Sammi met in 2009 working for an Oil & Gas company - even though it wasn't their passion they weren't sure how to step into the entrepreneurial space. Stephanie began her journey in real estate with renting out a room in her home on Airbnb! Now she has 5 STR, and 1 LTR. When she decided it was time to learn to source her own deals and not purely buy off of MLS - she began studying wholesaling! She realized she couldn't do it alone and brought Sammi on board with her marketing background, to help with the day to day of the company. Together they set up a make-shift office in an Airbnb still under construction and began brainstorming, researching and cold-calling. After only 5 weeks of hustling they signed their first contract! There is often a stigma with wholesaling, so Steph and Sammi are committed to being transparent, fair and resourceful. They want to help sellers find solutions and offer a fair price.
