A successful entrepreneur and investor, Carl is active within the multifamily industry as a member of the NextGen Committee of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, and he holds an IROP Certification from the National Apartment Association, which designates him as an Independent Rental Owner Professional. Carl hosts a monthly multifamily meetup group in the DFW metroplex. Currently, Carl is the asset manager of 5 assets in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
