Shelon “Hutch The Marine Investor” Hutchinson is a Master Sergeant (E-8) in the United States Marine Corps. Throughout his 22+ years career, he has served in many leadership roles in Marine Corps aviation. He has been awarded several personal awards for his job performance. He has created and led teams of various sizes that performed effectively in training and combat operations. Hutch has successfully executed over $2.4 million in single-family real estate transactions which include over $870k as a real estate agent (currently not active) and over $11m in multifamily property acquisition. Hutch recently co-Sponsor the acquisition of a 55 unit portfolio in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and a 167 units apartment complex in Augusta GA. Hutch is a member of the Professional Investor Guild (PIG) in Pensacola, FL, and a member of the Michael Blank Deal Maker Mastermind. Hutch gives back to the community by volunteering as a sprinting coach for the Golden Elite track team in Pensacola, FL. Hutch has earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He is the "Husband of Athena" for 19 years and the father of three beautiful babies.
